This is existing node in Substance Designer, but edited to use in Substnace painter. You should upload it in Substance Painter as generator!
This .sbsar works only with 2017.2 or higher versions of substance painter. This sbsar can be used with substance Player.

Where does the Glossiness/Specular output go? Right now it converts only the basecolor map, but when switching to spec/gloss shader the material becomes super shiny (gloss map/spec map gone) - latest Sub Painter
