This node obviously generates grass...
You can decide to specify a custom ground.
A future update will allow to adapt the size of the grass according to the texture resolution.

Vincent, you are a great artist man!
Cheers @maxiramos ;-)
Would it be ok if I would use your Texture for a Game I´m working on?
It´s a school project for our last year and we want to sell it on Steam, if your interested and want more information you can visit our fb - page: https://www.facebook.com/phobiagame/
Thanks
SIncerely Daniel
@dbruendl no problem: just put my name in the acknowledgments and light a candle above your bed and pray every evening for my glory, during the next 3 months :-)
More seriously, and thanks will be enough : good luck with your project !
thank you very much Vincent for sharing this material :)
@Carlos: you are welcome ;)
Should this work in Substance Painter or rendering with Iray in Substances Designer?
In both cases you just get a very strong normal map and nothing else (no colour etc). I don't know enough about Substances Designer yet to know what's happening.
hey, @cpd: did you check you are using the proper materail (PBR metal rough) ?
yes, I don't think I've switched off it in a long itme.
Great work Vincent!! Please update for size adaptation.
hey, what do you mean @randy614 ? it should adpt to the size no ?
Hi Vincent!
I would love to use your procedural grass for a level in our game.
Is it still OK to mention you in the credits?
Do you want to mention a special web-page as well?
Thx,
Wyzau
@wyzau no problem ;-)

cool :-)
leave a message at gu_falcon (at) hotmail (dot) com and we will happily give you some keys for the game. Thanks again! :)
Thank you ever so kindly. :3
you are welcome ;)
Hi Vincent, your work is great - thumbs up. Is it possible to do a video tutorial on how you exported the procedural elements of the grass material in substance? :-)
@superduper01 thanks! you can have a look in my Youtube channel: you have a 2 parts tutorial ;)
Awesome tutorial. Thanks much. Also, can this asset be used in commercial project? :-)
superduper01 yes: a mention in the credits will be enough ;)
