These are some Mansion tiles I made inspired by high eshalon houses. I have the Foot print amount/scale/opacity, base dirt amount, Dirt contrast, Tile Shadowing opacity, Tile edge dirt and Foot print opacity exposed to look at so the tiles are able to transition from new and clean to dirty and neglected
